This is just a quick announcement that the server cluster migration was more or less successful. Japanese Dream was down for more than a month, because one of the hosts refused to boot. Then I had issues with my internet connection. During the holidays two ARM shitboxes have been replaced with low-power X86 computers with NVMe SSD storage, eliminating one of the two major bottlenecks that is I/O latency (the other being my upload speed).
Along with hardware upgrades I also upgraded the software stack. There are still bugs that need to be resolved, but hopefully they won't be affecting the site's general usability.
